At ADVA, opportunities span across multiple creative, technical, and on-ground roles, including videography, photography, video and photo editing, graphic design, event ushering, hosting, supervising, social media management, content creation, and on-site production support.
Based on your area of expertise and experience, you may be considered for inclusion in the ADVA freelancer pool and engaged on a project-by-project basis.

Yes, you can have multiple roles at ADVA, but it depends on the project.
For each event/project, you’ll be assigned one primary role (for example, you can’t be a videographer and an usher at the same time).
However, you can work different roles across different projects based on your skills and availability. -
For short-term projects, payments are processed within 15 days after the project concludes.
For monthly projects, payments are made on the 5th of each month.All payments are transferred to the freelancer’s bank account or provided via cash.

Transportation arrangements depend on the nature and location of each project.
For projects outside the city, transportation will be organized for the team.
For projects within the city, transportation may be provided when required based on the venue or operational needs.
All transportation details will be shared in advance so you have clear guidance on reaching the location.

The dress code depends on your role and the specific project. In general, all team members are expected to arrive in a full black outfit unless instructed otherwise.
For videographers, photographers, and media crew, ADVA Media vests will be provided on site and must be returned after each event.
For ushers and on-ground support roles, the dress code will be communicated per project and may vary depending on the client or event requirements.All dress code details will be shared in advance of each assignment.

Yes. ADVA provides role-specific briefings and training before each event.
This includes an overview of event requirements, assigned responsibilities, client expectations, and on-ground procedures. Team members are also guided on communication, guest interaction, and handling on-site situations to ensure smooth and professional execution.
