Who operates this site

AALAM ADVA EVENTS & MARKETING operates the ADVA website from Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. General and project enquiries can be sent to inquiries@advaae.com or made using the published contact links. This page explains the current website and project-enquiry process; it does not set a new fee or replace a written project agreement.

Enquiries and project agreements

This website has no checkout, subscription or instant booking. Sending a brief, using the assistant, requesting private-work access or creating a profile does not by itself commission a project or confirm a price, date, crew member or deliverable.

Before a project is commissioned, its written quotation or agreement should set out the scope, deliverables, price and currency, any applicable taxes and third-party fees, timing, approvals, payment arrangements and cancellation or rescheduling terms. Questions and changes should be resolved with ADVA before work starts. A project-specific written agreement governs the agreed assignment, subject to applicable law.

Payments, changes and cancellation

ADVA has not published a standard deposit, cancellation charge or blanket refund schedule for all services. Do not assume a payment amount or cancellation outcome from a service description. The relevant project quotation or agreement must explain these matters before commission.

If a service, invoice or proposed change raises a concern, contact ADVA with the relevant project or enquiry reference. Nothing on this page excludes statutory consumer rights, remedies or obligations that apply under UAE law. This page does not impose a waiver of those rights.

Using the website and private material

Use the site and account access only for their intended purpose. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, share another person's account or portfolio access code without permission, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful material. Private work and workspace access remain subject to the permissions granted for that access.

Ownership and usage rights in project deliverables should be addressed in the relevant written project agreement. Viewing a portfolio item does not grant a licence to copy, publish or reuse it. Client and platform names, logos and other third-party material remain subject to their owners' rights. Share only material you are authorised to provide.

Profiles, opportunities and confidentiality

The freelance application currently accepts adults aged 18 and over. Creating or verifying an account is not an employment offer, guaranteed assignment or confirmation that a profile has been approved for wider visibility. Role, review, publication and assignment permissions determine what is available; client workspace access is currently closed.

A confidentiality agreement is separate from this page. The site's NDA remains a draft unless a reviewed agreement is expressly activated and presented for acceptance. This page does not create a new confidentiality waiver or bind you to unpublished agreement text.

Assistant guidance and external services

The assistant provides project guidance and may help identify relevant services. Its replies do not confirm availability, a booking, legal or medical advice, a price or a contract. Review important project details directly with ADVA. The privacy notice explains deliberate live-AI messages and provider processing.

Email, WhatsApp, social media and other external links are operated under the separate provider's terms. Website examples and planning windows are informational and do not guarantee marketing results. Contact ADVA if information appears wrong or you need an accessible alternative.

Questions and unresolved concerns

Contact ADVA first with a clear description of the issue and any relevant reference. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or identity documents through an initial enquiry. Your ability to approach a competent authority or use a remedy available under applicable law is preserved.

These notices describe the current pre-launch service and may be updated as features and reviewed arrangements change. They do not certify legal compliance or replace a project quotation, agreement or the rights that apply to you.
